Hey There! I’m Tiana, and I teach leaders how to face the mirror, heal and lead with purpose. I do this through my mentorship experiences, student and faculty trainings and strategic ministry planning and organization. I am a minister of the Gospel, an award-winning leadership strategist, executive producer, spoken word artist, and bestselling author. I wholeheartedly believe that healthy communities, schools and ministries begin with whole and healthy leaders. Because of this, I am committed to providing leaders with the tools to become emotionally well and to effectively lead from a whole and healthy place.

9 years ago I set out on a journey to help leaders acknowledge, assess and take action in the areas of their lives that lay dormant due to unhealed wounds. In that time, I coached hundreds of CEOs, leaders, administrators, and students in more than 20 states and 3 countries. I launched over 50 authors through my bestselling book series, “Dear Fear” and my movement was spotlighted in places such as The Huffington Post, Forbes Women, ABC, and more.
