When I first started my business I was sure about 2 things, that I was meant to be my own boss and I was purposed to help change the lives of other women of purpose as well.
But when I actually stepped out there…
I heard more no’s that yes’s.
I had more confusion than clarity.
I was so doggone lost, even Google’s GPS gave up on me.
I chased my tail in my business, I chased after clients, and I took on anyone that would pay me a buck.

I wasn’t in alignment with who I was at my core…and it showed. I left out important pieces of me, because the online space had convinced me that those things didn’t matter. I became so sucked into the sparkly vortex of making my first “6 figures” that my business suffered. And in turn, I hated being my own boss. The irony, right?
I wasn’t clear on my business, and because I wasn’t in alignment and I was barely making 6 bucks, struggling to stay afloat. Until one day I said, enough is enough. I couldn’t live like that. I couldn’t provide for my family that way.
So what did I do?
I got in formation of course. I stopped watching, and I started taking massive action in my business. I put myself out there in ways that were more in alignment with who I was. I put everything I had learned in my business and career to use, and I learned to build my business around my strengths.
At my core, I’m a motivator, so I built my business around that. My gifts involve teaching, training and coaching, so I built my business around that. I started working with women in business who were ready to divorce fear and get clarity around their business goals, and create strategies that were in alignment with them. Only then is when I found the success I was looking for. I was no longer chasing for clients, clients were finding me. I didn’t worry about how my bills would get paid the next month, I had a solid plan of action that when worked properly, guaranteed my steady and growing income.
